Founder & Chief Architect

Built by an engineer. Playing the long game in real estate.

AllRealEstateData.com is led by a founder with a 35+ year career designing and building the enterprise systems Fortune 500 companies depend on every day — and a conviction that a property decision, the largest transaction most people will ever make, deserves the same engineering rigor as a bank’s transactional backbone. No unsourced estimates. No black-box scores. The full public record, cited, refreshed, and open.

Founder and operator of online businesses since the dot-com era
The career

A career spent architecting systems that businesses run on

For more than 35 years, the founder has served as a systems architect and engineer in the infrastructure virtualization space — designing, building and operating the transactional backbones, virtualized platforms and always-on infrastructure that large enterprises simply cannot afford to fail. When a system runs a core business function, “probably right” is not an operating standard. That standard is the DNA of this platform: every figure on a report is traceable to a registered source, every pipeline is monitored, and a reading that cannot be corroborated is held out for validation instead of published on faith.

The training

Business and engineering, by design

With degrees in both Business Management and Engineering, the founder approaches technology as a business instrument first: systems exist to deliver value, reliably and measurably. In real-estate terms, that means a report is only useful if it moves a decision. Every panel on AllRealEstateData.com is built to answer a question a buyer, seller or investor is actually asking — what the county record says, what the parcel really transacted for, what the jurisdiction will bill, where the market is heading — with the evidence attached.

The operator

An operator since the dot-com era

The founder began developing online businesses in 1999 and has owned and operated online applications continuously since — through every generation of the web. Building and running internet products is not a new venture for this team; it is a decades-long practice. AllRealEstateData.com is the current chapter: a live, national, self-operating intelligence platform, not a promise of one.

How the founder builds

The same disciplines define how this platform is built

The founder’s practice centers on automation — applying Site Reliability Engineering disciplines to everything he designs. Those disciplines are the architecture behind AllRealEstateData.com, not a marketing layer on top of it.

Automation-first design

For decades the founder has designed systems that run themselves. This platform is built the same way: the research engine, refresh queues, foreclosure ingest, roll-up math and source monitoring are automated pipelines that operate around the clock with minimal human touch. A report refreshes itself on a rolling cycle — nobody re-types a number.

SRE discipline

Checkpointed long-running jobs, graceful failure recovery, health probes and alerting are baked into the architecture, not bolted on after the fact: a nightly watchdog heartbeat probes data sources, a sentinel auto-disables dead ones, and validation sweeps adjudicate flagged readings before they publish.

Enterprise-grade by instinct

The rigor applied to virtualized infrastructure at Fortune 500 scale is applied here — registered and health-monitored data sources, corroboration gates on key figures, append-only reading history, and a governance registry where every platform decision is documented in the open.

The long game

Intelligence before its infrastructure

The founder has a track record of holding a vision until the technology can carry it. His consumer-genomics platform, GeneticCoding.com, was launched as a blogsite in 2010 with the deliberate intention of holding the name until the science could catch up with the idea — and it is a live platform today.

AllRealEstateData.com comes from the same pattern recognition, aimed at a different national dataset. Real estate ran for decades on portals that sell attention and estimates without provenance. The founder saw that public records, county ledgers and open data had reached the point where every address in the country could carry a sourced, living dossier — so he built the engine that does, and kept building while the data caught up with the ambition.

The vision

Real-estate intelligence as infrastructure

The long-term vision is a permanent, URL-addressable, evidence-cited intelligence layer over the entire housing market — every property with a living dossier that is deterministically priced, refreshed on rolling cycles, and open to the people who transact directly. Buyers and sellers negotiate from the same record. Investors watch markets the way operators watch systems. Nobody has to take an unsourced estimate on faith.

He has designed and authored algorithms, automated infrastructure and virtualized systems for decades. He is now applying that same discipline to the largest asset class most people will ever touch.
